Inspection
An exhaustive inspection of the premises is required to identify problem areas and possible damages. This is to avoid incurring further damages, as the force of pressurized water can make things worse. Washh makes sure to perform thorough inspections prior to every cleaning job.
Safety First
Our technicians wear protective clothing to avoid accidents and injury. This includes safety glasses and long-sleeved clothing. Some jobs call for hard hats, safety harnesses, and tether ropes, especially when reaching high areas.
Soft Washing
A focus on cleaning using more detergent and low pressure levels is best for materials like stucco, wood, vinyl, stone, composite boards, and old brick. These materials are more fragile and get easily damaged by high pressure water.
Pressure Washing
Concrete surfaces and precast can withstand higher water pressure levels, so pressure washing is recommended to get rid of pollutants. Typically, Washh still finishes cleaning jobs, even for concrete and precast surfaces, with soft washing for better results.
Cleaning Solutions
Thorough cleaning requires both water and detergents. Washh uses eco-friendly, proprietary cleaning solutions that work better than most other products. For decontamination and sanitization, CDC-approved and EPA-registered chemicals are used.
